The Payment Partners was formed by two payment industry veterans, Charles Amacker and Dave Kelley, who saw a need for a hands-on, personal approach to a typically misunderstood business function – accepting payment for goods and services using something other than cash. Non-cash payment methods include credit cards, PIN debit, and electronic checks. Charles and Dave found that many people are either uninformed or mistaken about how the process works and are reluctant to explore it in detail for many different reasons.
Addressing these issues up front so clients fully understand the process is a fundamental part of our business.
The Payment Partners’ approach involves educating the client to remove the mysteries of processing costs and then offering a pricing solution significantly below the competition. Upon becoming partners, The Payment Partners monitors the business to ensure the client is aware of changes in the industry that could lead to greater efficiency and lower costs. This is an ongoing commitment and is integral to The Payment Partners’ business plan and goal of 100% client retention.
